The first comic Previous comic

March 14 2005

By this point I expect you all to know that when I revert to using gay marriage as the subject of a strip, I've run out of ideas and am about to take a several-month break unannounced. Well, I've returned (obviously), so here we go once more...

January 12 2005

And now, predictably, in light of my recent holiday travel and the starting of a new semester, I'm working on the site redesign and putting the comics on hold.

September 13 2004

As promised, I'm starting the regular comic updates again. For now, the site redesign is on hold.

June 8 2004

Okay, here's the deal:

Being a college student, having friends and places to go and issues to work through and papers to write have all weighed down on my time and my mental energy in the past six or seven months. Slowly I lost interest in, and almost forgot about, Werechild. Currently I am on summer break, and Alice has been calling to me. So I've been making new comics and currently have about seven weeks' worth, with even more building up. Unfortunately, I have no access to a scanner, and it's looking highly likely that I won't be able to scan or upload any of the new comics until the school year begins again in early September. I will be travelling about half the time until then, and will most likely be drawing when I'm not on the road.

In other words, "Werechild" will be starting again sometime within the second or third week of September of this year, and will remain on a guaranteed consistent weekly updating schedule at least until Thanksgiving, and it will probably continue beyond then as well. Because I've lost interest in the strip's old style, there will be some slight modification as to characters' relationships, drawing style, etc. but the spirit of the strip will remain basically the same. We're also looking at probable site redesign, too, just to give you a heads-up.

Thank you for all your patience.
